According to a report from Dexerto journalist Dekay, the casting duo of Henry "HenryG" Greer and Matthew "Sadokist" Trivett will be split up and will not cast together for the StarLadder Major from August 23-September 8.
Alex "Machine" Richardson is expected to join HenryG to form the casting duo, while Sadokist will be an analyst for the StarLadder Major. This decision was made at the discretion of the two casters, not StarLadder.
HenryG and Sadokist has been a long-standing duo since 2015. The pair have covered multiple events including multiple Majors and are considered to be a great casting pair.
This decision could have been made by Sadokist, as he recently answered questions on Instagram in which he said, “I regret to inform you that you might be watching a lot less in the future… unless you like desk segments.” Therefore implying that he may want to work on the analyst desk.

However, the reason for this split is currently unknown.
Initially, StarLadder had reportedly removed Anders Blume, Jason “moses” O'Toole, and Duncan “Thorin” Shields from the talent line-up in the build-up to the Major, to the disapproval of the community. After, StarLadder then reconsidered its talent line-up.
Later, Dekay has reported that both Anders Blume and moses will attend the event, though no further information has been presented on whether Duncan “Thorin” Shields will be on the analyst desk. However, Thorin recently teased the three talent members coming back together after he posted a picture on Instagram with the caption “What would an event be without us?”
As the talent line-up for the StarLadder Major has not yet been announced, all information is currently unconfirmed. This page will be updated once more information is known.
