Ukranian organization HellRaisers Esports has announced its roster for the StarLadder Major 2019 Main qualifier. The roster consists of in-game leader Kirill "ANGE1" Karasiow, star-player Issa "ISSAA" Murad, AWPer Tomáš "oskar" Šťastný, Spanish rifler Christian "loWel" Garcia Antoran, and rifler Žygimantas "nukkye" Chmieliauskas. Moreover, The team will be without coach Sergey "lmbt" Bezhanov.
Hellraisers gained its spot in the StarLadder Major Main qualifier as the team earned Challenger status at the last major, IEM Katowice 2019. However, the rules state that organizations can only retain this spot if a majority of the players from the last Major stay on the team. The team has registered nukkye as a coach but will replace Bence “DeadFox” Böröcz on the roster. Therefore, this coach loophole allows Hellraisers to keep the spot.

This is the method used by Cloud9 as the team put Jordan “Zellsis” Montemurro in the coaching slot, for him to only be moved to the starting lineup in replacement of Maikil “Golden” Selim.
Technically, ANGE1 and ISSAA are the only two remaining players that participated in IEM Katowice with Hellraisers. Both DeadFox and Abay “Hobbit” Khasenov was benched by the organization in order to make way for new arrivals such as oskar and loWel.
Hellraisers hasn’t been performing to its old standards. The team had dwindling success in 2019, failing to attend a multitude of big LANs. The last time Hellraisers won a LAN was in 2018, at the EPICENTER 2018 Wild Card qualifier. The team also finished second at DreamHack Open Tours 2018.
As it stands, Hellraisers will be playing at the StarLadder Major Main qualifier with mousesports, NRG, G2, Vitality, CompLexity, and AVANGAR. There are eight slots available for the StarLadder Major New Legends stage.
