Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is under fire once more after players found a bug with Recon's Vision Pulse weapon ability. The character is an avid specialist, predominantly used by Assault-rifle players in the Call of Duty World League (CWL). Therefore, any issue to its ability would make a huge difference, considering the high level of impact specialists have in the game.
According to Ian “Crimsix” Porter, the original problem was found by EnVy coach Embry "Bevils" Bevil and Patrick "ACHES" Price. The bug is triggered when players on the enemy team use any form of special item, such as a camo, face paint, special character, or customization. This causes players to be hidden from Vision Pulse, which normally outlines all enemies through walls.
Vision Pulse is an extremely difficult specialist to achieve, as it takes a long time to earn. However, since it's a game changing effect, it's highly valuable. Call of Duty leaker CWLIntel stated that Treyarch game play designer Tony Flame told the professional players the bug will not be fixed anytime soon.

eUnited player Arcitys also discovered a different bug and posted a clip of it in action on Twitter. He used his specialist weapon Tempest on an enemy player, which would normally disable enemies from using any guns until they have recovered. However, when Arcitys used his Tempest on an enemy, he still got shot through the process of the player being sent to the floor.
The next event is CWL Finals from July 19-21.
