As the calendar turns to August, the Call of Duty League begins its first postseason. With this, the CDL has revealed the full schedule for the Playoffs, which comes before Call of Duty Champs. Unlike previous years, there’s an event before the tournament of the year. With the Playoffs, every team will be given a chance to advance to Champs. The highest four seeds, being Atlanta, Dallas, Florida, and Chicago, don’t have to play as many games. The bottom four seeds, however, will need to play a huge amount of matches to simply make it to the Elimination Finals.

Looking at the CDL postseason schedule

For starters, the CDL Playoffs begin on Wednesday, August 19. The event continues until Sunday, August 23, which holds two elimination matches and two winners bracket matches. After this, the remaining squads will compete at Call of Duty Champs, which takes place the next weekend on Aug. 29.

Below, you can see the full bracket and match times for the CDL Playoffs. Keep in mind, though—the match times are subject to change depending on series length and technical delays.

From Wednesday to Friday, the first matches begin at 3:00 pm ET. After that, however, the matches begin at 1:00 pm ET, which is great news for fans who live in Europe, Asia, and the ANZ region.

Unfortunately, the Call of Duty League has yet to release a full schedule for Call of Duty Champs. Though, it’s likely the matches will start a little later in the day since there are far fewer series to get through.

This is the biggest event in Call of Duty esports history, boasting a $4.6 million prize pool. Hopefully, the matches go off without any major hitches, so fans can sit back and enjoy some competitive games.
