Out of the six submachine guns in Call of Duty: Vanguard, the Owen Gun is the one that differs the most. It shoots extremely slowly but features higher damage and easier control in exchange. However, the higher damage still might not help players if they get killed faster than they can deal a lethal blow to an enemy. Luckily for players, that issue is mostly fixed with a new, maximum damage loadout for the Owen Gun in Vanguard.

The loadout comes by the way of former professional player Brian “Apathy” Zhelyazkov, who now creates content for the community. In a recent YouTube video, Apathy went over a loadout that he’s been using in public matches. The loadout features the highest possible damage for the Owen Gun.

The attachments featured on this particular Owen Gun loadout allow it to deal the most damage possible. However, the loadout also doesn’t compromise in any notable areas, including mobility and range. The Owen Gun will still be able to compete with other SMGs here. The only difference is that this Owen Gun will deal more damage than other SMGs.

The most important aspects of this loadout are the 8MM Kurz 60 Round Mags and Hollow Point Ammo Type. These two attachments together allow the Owen Gun to deal much higher damage when players aim for limbs instead of the head.
