Best MTZ 556 loadout in MW3

While the MTZ 556 might not be the current meta choice for assault rifles in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, it’s certainly no slouch in the category. In fact, with the right loadout, the MTZ 556 can challenge the likes of the MCW and Holger 556 in MW3.

Compared to those two rifles, the MTZ 556 is slightly lacking in the damage range department. It features most of the same recoil control and fire rate stats as the MCW and Holger 556, but can be a pea-shooter at longer ranges. Luckily, with the right set of attachments, we can rectify that and make the MTZ 556 into a laser beam in the process.

• Muzzle: Purifier Muzzle Brake
• Barrel: MTZ Clinch Pro Barrel
• Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support Grip
• Stock: MTZ Marauder Stock
• Rear Grip: Bruen TR-24 Assault Grip

This loadout is mostly about increasing the MTZ 556’s recoil control. The Purifier Muzzle Brake, Bruen Heavy Support Grup, and the MTZ Marauder Stock both take care of this, greatly improving accuracy while not lowering mobility in any drastic way. For safe measure, though, I have also equipped the Bruen TR-24 Assault Grip to improve recoil to the maximum. Finally, the MTZ Clinch Pro Barrel increases bullet velocity and damage range for those long-range gunfights.
