While you can certainly still aim down sights with the loadout, you should primarily be focused on getting into close range gunfights where hipfiring is the best way to kill enemies. The STOVL Tac Laser, Crown Breaker Choke, and XTEN Tactical Match Stock all boost hipfire spread/accuracy, allowing you to be as accurate as possible from the hip.
