The DM56 is currently one of the best overall weapons in Call of Duty: Warzone, so why not give it a spin in MW3 multiplayer? Of course, if you’re going to use the DM56 in MW3, you need to use its strongest loadout for 6v6.
To see the best loadout for the DM56 in MW3, keep reading my guide below.
Best DM56 loadout in MW3
- Muzzle: VT-7 Spitfire Suppressor
- Barrel: Prime Lord Heavy Barrel
- Optic: Slate Reflector
- Stock: Holger Recoil Pad
- Underbarrel: XTEN Phantom-5 Handstop
The DM56 has fairly decent stats by default in MW3, so we don’t really need to focus on one specific area with its loadout. I opted to mainly boost its recoil control and damage range, though, as you will likely be fighting enemies at long-range, which is where those stats come into play.
The VT-7 Spitfire Suppressor and Prime Lord Heavy Barrel are up first, improving both damage range and bullet velocity while adding some slight recoil control boosts as well. Then, the XTEN Phantom-5 Handstop delivers a mixture of increases to mobility and recoil control while the Holger Recoil Pad stock is solely focused on recoil control.

Finally, I have the Slate Reflector equipped as my optic of choice. However, if you’re planning to fight enemies at long distances, I recommend going for something like the Corio Eagleseye 2.5x or any comparable sight. The Slate Reflector is primarily meant for mid-range gunfights.
Best Class Setup for the DM56 in MW3
To wrap things up, I have the preferred set of perks, equipment, and Field Upgrade you should use with your new DM56 loadout in MW3.
- Gloves: Marksman Gloves
- Boots: Stalker Boots
- Gear: Tac Mask/EOD Padding/Ghost T/V Camo
Equipment
- Lethal: Frag Grenade
- Tactical: Stim
Field Upgrade
- Trophy System
That does it for my best loadout and class setup for the DM56 in MW3. The marksman rifle isn’t as strong in multiplayer as it is in Warzone, but it’s still a fun long-range weapon to use on certain 6v6 maps.
