100 Thieves have officially signed previous TSM analyst Ham “Lustboy” Jang-sik and professional player Greyson “Goldenglue” Gilmer to their coaching team. These two signings have completed 100 Thieves’ coaching squad for both the League of Legends Championship and Academy series. They made significant changes to their coaching staff at the start of 2020 after releasing most of their previous staff.

One of their biggest 2020 additions was signing Korean League of Legends broadcast analyst Chris “PapaSmithy” Smith as general manager. They later added Anthony “Zikz” Gray, previously of CLG and TSM, as their head coach. 100 Thieves also announced the start of their amateur League of Legends team 100 Next, with amateur player Kevin “FallenBandit” Wu as head coach.

Goldenglue joins 100 Thieves as the academy head coach after competing competitively in League of Legends since late 2013. He is known most for his time played on Cloud9 Academy where he placed 2nd at both the 2018/2019 Spring Playoffs and won the 2018 Summer Playoffs. He has played for over ten different professional teams and has a World Championship appearance under his belt.

100 Thieves steal long-time Korean Analyst from TSM

Lustboy originally played professional League of Legends in Korean for various teams before transferring to TSM in 2014. However, he eventually retired from professional play in 2015 and returned to Korea to become a strategic coach. Lustboy’s return to Korea didn’t last long as he was soon back in North America as TSM’s strategic coach. He remained their strategic coach from December of 2017 to December of 2020. 100 Thieves have now added Lustboy to their coaching staff as a role coach for both their Academy and LCS rosters.

100 Thieves have released long-standing academy head coach Kelsey Moser who will now be replaced by Goldenglue. Kelsey first joined the scene as an analyst for European League of Legends team H2K. She then left Europe to pursue her coaching abilities in North America on 100 Thieves.
