How to breed Kitsun in Palworld

A rare Pal that can easily be bred

Kitsun is one of the best overall mounts you can acquire in Palworld and not a bad mid-game Fire-type either. However, it’s one of the rarer Pals to find out in the wild, only appearing at night in very specific regions.

Luckily, there’s a simple way to bypass the need to capture Kitsun with a sphere. You can instead breed Kitsun using a variety of different breeding combinations. Below, I’ll show you every possible combination that leads to hatching a Kitsun egg in Palworld.

Kitsun has one of the widest breeding combination pools in all of Palworld, and most of the Pals used in the process can be caught during the early to mid-game. If you’re unaware of how the Breeding Station works in Palworld, check out my previous guide to learn exactly what you need to do.

For all of you experienced Pal breeders out there, here’s a list of every possible breeding combination for Kitsun in Palworld:

  • Nitewing + Gumoss
  • Foxparks + Lyleen
  • Celaray + Chillet
  • Daedream + Nitewing
  • Sweepa + Tanzee
  • Jolthog + Relaxaurus
  • Petallia + Dumud
  • Felbat + Bushi
  • Robinquill + Bushi
  • Quivern + Ribunny

As you might expect, you need one male and one female for any breeding combination to work. When I bred Kitsun, I went with a male Daedream and a female Nitewing, as those are some of the earliest Pals you can get in Palworld. However, you can go with whatever combination works for you.

After you place the right Pals in the Breeding Station with a Cake, eventually you’ll get a Large Scorching Egg. You can then set that egg in an Egg Incubator, wait for around 45 minutes, and you’ll be able to hatch your own Kitsun.
